Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

 

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 7-20 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees; delays can happen because of customs, carriers or peak seasons.

 

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and are shown before you pay.

 

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 2-5 days to show updates after dispatch.

 

Customs and duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Wrong address: Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Lost or damaged parcels: If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@vnstore.in with your order number and photos, and we will help resolve it.
